It is in 1811, that the small village of Saint-Henri des-Tanneries is founded by leather craftsmen and tanners. For more than half a century, the Moseley family exploited the leather in this factory, today it gives way to the Clos Saint-Ambroise which while taking place in this old building perpetuates a tradition dating from the French regime.

These lofts, unlike those we could find along the beautiful Lachine Canal are very particular. These are not "soft lofts" as some would think but real lofts industrial character well in place. Nevertheless, they are all unique and this is what makes this project a major achievement. No unit is identical to the other ensures us Frédéric Turbide, son of Gilles Turbide, promoter of the project. The Clos Saint-Ambroise is also an island of tranquility. Owners enjoy double glazed aluminum windows, double-walled metal walls, and a floor that is at least 5 inches thick, a small trio that ensures perfect silence.

Some units can be acquired with a parking space and all come with a storage space in the basement. A real family and authentic project that deserves to be known.
